Sage Signature Series

Choose from our three course ala carte menu, or alternatively create a personalised degustation for your table ‘Sage Signature Series’.

The ‘Sage Signature Series’ allows for the table to unanimously select five or more dishes from the entree, main and dessert menu to be constructed into a customised multi course dining experience. Each course is done as a tasting size which allows the diner to savour the beautiful combinations of flavours and textures of each dish whilst leaving enough room to explore multiple dishes.
