Nestled inside a 1920′s heritage building in the heart of Canberra, this award winning restaurant continues to serve up excellence in a very relaxed environment, just a 3 minute walk from the city centre.

Chef Clement Chauvin heads the Kitchen team bringing his culinary skill from Lyon, France with experience at 2 Michelin starred “Pic” and “Nicolas La Bec” as well as Gordon Ramsays flagship “Claridges” in London.

Our constantly evolving menu comprises fresh and innovative locally sourced produce where possible, prepared with meticulous attention to detail and has been described as “whimsical pieces of art” as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate.

A stunning new open air garden room, recycled timber outdoor deck and a beautifully refurbished main dining room make Sage the perfect venue for your intimate special occasion right through to a function for up to 200 people. We have a number of private dining options; with the recently opened MINT Garden Bar also available for the more relaxed occasion – Sage can cater for weddings, cocktail parties or corporate functions.
